Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti will have a say in Mario Balotelli's next destination.
The Manchester City striker is a top target for city rivals AC Milan, but Moratti has the power to scupper the deal.
Tuttosport says during negotiations over Balotelli's sale, Moratti insisted on first option for the striker once City decide to sell.
