Inter Milan striker Diego Milito netted a hat-trick on Andrea Stramaccioni's coaching debut in their 5-4 victory over Genoa.

Milito says the nine-goal thriller came from Stramaccioni's enthusiasm.

"We are happy, as we needed a win after so many rounds in difficulty," smiled Milito.

"Stramaccioni has brought a lot of enthusiasm. We also gave our all with Ranieri. Stramaccioni is a young Coach with his ideas and we'll try to do our best with him.

"Now we must take it one game at a time and see where we end up."
