Inter Milan GM Marco Branca admits they're tracking Universidad de Chile striker Eduardo Vargas. The Chile international is being watched by Inter, while his agent has also claimed interest from Liverpool and Arsenal.

"We are currently working on the market, but I cannot give the names of the players we have targeted," said Branca.

"We know very well Eduardo, he is a very good striker and very interesting. At the same time, however, I can assure you that we have not formalized any offer to take him."
