Inter Milan fullback Alvaro Pereira has paid tribute to skipper Javier Zanetti.
Pereira admits Zanetti's leadership is valued within the squad.
"He is a friend as well as a teammate and my captain. We have a great rapport and he helped me a great deal when I first arrived," said Pereira.
