Inter Milan may have lost Japan fullback Yuto Nagatomo for two months.
Nagatomo dislocated his shoulder in friendly action against Celtic on the weekend.
He flew back to Milan yesterday morning with members of the Nerazzurri medical staff.
Although there is no official statement yet, Sky Sport Italia says Nagatomo could require surgery to correct the dislocation of his right shoulder.
If the operation is needed, then the winger could be out of action for around two months.
