Inter Milan fullback Douglas Maicon admits Tottenham star Gareth Bale is among the best he has faced.
Tottenham fans gleefully sang 'Taxi for Maicon' after their Welsh winger destroyed the Brazilian maestro in last Tuesday's Champions League victory over the European champions after scoring a first-leg hat-trick at the San Siro.
He said: "In the first game he caused us a lot of difficulties and this was no different.
"He's really a great player who's having a good year. I am sure he will grow even more.
"I have faced many big players, and Bale is on that list."
