Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli cannot rule out moving to Arsenal or Manchester City. Balotelli couldn't hide his delight at being subject to speculation, with former Nerazzurri and Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini also believed to be keen on his services.
"I'm ready for Benitez and I'm happy that he has talked well of me," said the Italy Under-21 international.
"But I'm happy also that Arsenal likes me. Staying at Inter? Now let's see. Roberto Mancini? He gave me my debut in Serie A."
