Inter Milan's Serie A lead has been extended to six points after title rivals Juventus crashed away to Udinese. Jose Mourinho's side defeated Catania 2-0 thanks to goals from Dejan Stankovic and Zlatan Ibrahimovic either side of the interval.
The result was all the more impressive as the visitors played the entire second half with 10 men after the first half dismissal of Sulley Muntari.
The win snaps a recent form slump for the league leaders, who have now moved eight points clear of third placed AC Milan.
