Inter Milan have urged Manchester City to bid for Mario Balotelli.
The Daily Mail says Inter have invited Manchester City to make a bid for striker Balotelli.
City denied claims that a formal offer had been made, but boss Roberto Mancini is still interested in the 19-year-old forward he mentored at the San Siro.
Manchester United are also believed to be monitoring Balotelli, who is valued at £30million by Inter.
Their club president, Massimo Moratti, called on City to make a "decent bid", adding: 'There are no players who can't be sold but offers should be in line with the current market value of Inter's players.'
