Inter Milan director Piero Ausilio says their season success is down to coach Luciano Spalletti.

Saturday's 0-0 draw with Juventus saw Inter stay top of the table.

Ausilio said, “The fact we were able to choose the Coach at the end of May and start work early made a big difference. Last season, we made changes in mid-August for a thousand reasons and we all saw what happened.

“Spalletti has great respect for this squad, he wanted to evaluate them first and opted to keep most of them, so we just added to the team where necessary and worked with the same players."
