Inter Milan are prepared to do business with Chelsea over the sale of Matias Vecino.

Mediaset says Inter are willing to sell Vecino - if Chelsea include Davide Zappacosta in their offer.

The Nerazzurri will demand a cash component also as they rate Vecino as more valuable than former Torino full-back Zappacosta.

The 26-year-old Italian has struggled to settle at Stamford Bridge since his €25m transfer a year ago, contributing two goals and two assists in 38 competitive games.

As for Vecino, he turns 27 in August and only joined from Fiorentina for €24m last summer.
