Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar values playing for coach Luciano Spalletti.

Skriniar is convinced his game has improved this season working with Spalletti.

"It was important for me, since my arrival from the beginning he gave me confidence as well as other coaches," said the defender, who joined Inter from Sampdoria.

"Spalletti has coached the most important teams, (Marco) Giampaolo (at Samp) he can still grow, but he has taught me Italian football, he can still grow, and with (Vincenzo) Montella I did not play so much, Giampaolo helped me a lot, he was a sort of teacher."
