Inter Milan defender Andrea Ranocchia admits they need to show "courage" with their season slipping away.

After defeat to Palermo, Inter may well fail to qualify for Europe altogether, as they slipped down to seventh place.

Ranocchia said: "When you're facing bad luck you need to hold firm and give even more. As I said, there are four tough games left, and with this emergency situation they're going to be difficult. We need to show heart and courage, and give everything we have inside of us."
