Inter Milan defender Juan Jesus has enjoyed his first weeks under new coach Walter Mazzarri.

Juan is now in the US with the Inter squad.

"I always try to do my best," he told Inter Channel. "I am learning to try and know more and more about Italian football.

"The more time passes though, the more you improve. When you join a new team it always takes a while to adapt, but now I feel more at ease.

"Competition for places is a good thing. We have some quality players, and in every workout we have to prove our worth to the Coach.

"Mazzarri is teaching us a lot and we are doing well."
