Inter Milan defender Nicolas Burdisso has declared he wants to sign permanently with Roma.

The Argentina international was a big influence on Roma's success last season during his loan spell.

"My choice has been made, now I have to talk to the club," said Burdisso. "For me Inter is a closed chapter, I think it is a normal after five years. I hope to still to do well for Roma.
