Wantaway Inter Milan defender Andrea Ranocchia wants to join city rivals AC Milan.

Inter won't stand in Ranocchia's way if he can find a new club this month - and the defender wants to remain in Milan.

Sampdoria have also come forward, but the 27 year-old favours joining he Rossoneri.

However, Milan and Inter are yet to settle terms, says Sky Italia, offering hope to Samp.
