Inter Milan coach Luciano Spalletti says he has total confidence in their front office working this month's transfer window.
Spalletti insists he's happy with the plans of directors Walter Sabatini and Piero Ausilio.
The coach said, "They are really good and they will prove it once again.
"The club said that we must be cautious because there are some numbers to be respected, so to talk about the market is not correct, it is not respectful and it is a way to hurt yourself.
"It's wrong to say that you can improve team quality by making new players come in. It's a wrong message for the group, because a player cannot come to change the fate of a team and we cannot do very important things in the market.
"The players must know that I am sure of their qualities, they have potential, but I also have to understand if they really know how to wear a shirt like Inter's."
