Inter Milan coach Claudio Ranieri says constant sack talk goes with the job in Italy.
Ranieri continues to be the subject of frenzied speculation over his future.
"We're in Italy " Ranieri responded when asked how he felt to see other Coaches linked with his job.
"I'm OK, you'll get to know me as the years pass by, I'll show you what I feel inside. I'm determined, charged up, it'll just take a little bit more determination for the wheel to turn around."
