Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini wants to bring forward their deal for Granada defender Jeison Murillo.
Inter have an agreement with the Pozzo family, Granada's owners, over a summer transfer for the Colombia international.
However, Mancini has requested for Murillo to arrive immediately to help their push for Champions League qualification.
Murillo is due to move to Inter in June for €8 million.
The defender has been out for five weeks with a foot injury, but is expected to be fully fit next week.
