Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini has revealed Zlatan Ibrahimovic apologised for his touchline antics on Sunday.
While Ibra insisted later he had not made any type of insult towards his coach, Mancini appears to have contradicted the Swede's claims.
"He apologised personally and there are no problems. It can happen when you are substituted that you don't react in the best way. Football is full of such incidents.
"I had a similar outburst in a Coppa Italia semi-final we won 1-0 at Marassi against Inter," continued the former Sampdoria star.
"I played really well and scored the decisive goal, but then Vujadin Boskov substituted me.
"I said absolutely everything to him, but that night I was thoroughly ashamed about my behaviour and apologised both to him and the squad."
