Inter Milan coach Mancini delighted after Genoa win

Roberto Mancini was full of praise for his "great squad" after Inter Milan's 4-1 thrashing of Genoa last night.

Mancini was able to leave out Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Walter Samuel and still cruise to victory: "Juventus had to reconstruct their team a little bit and all the other big clubs have champions they can field.

"We have five very talented strikers and in defence a few more players than the other Serie A sides. We have a great squad.

"The cards were a problem. We also had an issue with the goalkeeper, as Julio Cesar and Francesco Toldo were injured, but Pierluigi Orlandoni did very well."

David Suazo netted his first goal in an Inter jersey and earned a penalty converted by Julio Cruz.

"This is certainly an important goal for Suazo and will give him confidence. He is a good lad who deserves it."
