Inter Milan coach Andrea Stramaccioni is eager to get his career started.
The 36-year-old Coach was promoted from the Primavera youth team on Monday night to replace Claudio Ranieri and prepares for his first foray into Serie A or, for that matter, a senior squad.
"I am satisfied with this week, as it was positive in training and we got to know each other. We want to reply to the fans on the field and not in front of microphones. That is what my lads want and they are extraordinary professionals.
"We want to turn this season around, especially the negative trend of recent weeks. I have little to say, other than this: please stand by us. Enough words, as from Sunday afternoon we will give our all and even more to keep the fans happy.
"I may be inexperienced, but I know that the week only becomes truly great from Sunday evening... It will be the best Inter possible right now. I brought my ideas and we hope to reap the first rewards."
