Palermo defender Matias Silvestre is on the brink of moving to Inter Milan.
Calcionews24.com says Inter are on the verge of completing a 11m deal for the 27-year-old.
It is believed that Palermo will receive 7m of that as cash, with the other 4m paid through handing over the remaining 50 per cent of goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano's contract to the Rosanero.
