Inter Milan are in talks with two transfer targets this week.

FCInterNews.it says Inter directors Marco Branca and Piero Ausilio are both working on landing two deals in the coming days.

Branca is due in Portugal this week for talks with Porto over a permanent deal for wing-back Fredy Guarin. Inter want to sign him permanently, but hope to talk down Porto's €11 million asking price.

Meanwhile, Inter are also in negotiations with Real Madrid for Fernando Gago.

Gago spent last season on-loan at AS Roma and Inter are now stepping in to discuss a permanent deal with Real.
