Inter Milan chief Javier Zanetti is confident of Mauro Icardi's commitment.
The Nerazzurri captain has been linked with Real Madrid ahead of the January market.
But Zanetti said, "I'm very happy for him: I know him well, he's a great professional and he's proving this.
"Real Madrid? We hope to keep him with us for a long time: he and his family are very well in Milan, he is very keen and shows this on the pitch: he wants to keep the captain's armband and continue the journey with us."
