Inter Milan powerbroker Marco Tronchetti Provera has hailed the impact of Andrea Stramaccioni this season.

Inter have now surged to second place on the table.

Asked about Stramaccioni, Provera said: "It's been a great idea, it was suggested seriously and professionally. He seems very good.

"Cassano is one of the few greats of Italian football, always dreaming. Recoba was a natural talent, Cassano is more consistent."
