Inter Milan chief Piero Ausilio is delighted with their sudden rush of signings.
Joao Mario has made a €45m move from Sporting Lisbon, while Gabriel Barbosa is on the way from Santos for €28m.
“We signed Gabigol to give something different to our attack. We'll have some fun and it'll be interesting for Frank de Boer to work with all these different strikers," director of sport Ausilio told Mediaset Premium.
“Up until a few days ago I didn't think it was possible to complete these two moves, but the owners proved themselves very generous.
“I think we have built a competitive squad and want to find an identity to get results, because in Italy the only thing that counts is the result.
“I don't think we need a new defender. Gary Medel can play in a few different roles and Marco Andreolli is recovering."
