Inter Milan are interested in Manchester City midfielder Nigel de Jong.
Inter chief Piero Ausilio was in England this past week to check on the Dutchman and make enquiries about his situation.
De Jong's current deal is inside its final 18 months and he has been frustrated over the lack of effort from City over opening negotiations for a new deal.
