Inter Milan chief Marco Fassone has played down talk of a move for Bayern Munich defender Mehdi Benatia.

Benatia has been linked with Inter in recent days.

But Fassone says: "Benatia? It is mission impossible.

"Mauro Icardi and Roberto Mancini will be the focus of our project. In the summer we will try to give the coach important players."
