New Inter Milan chief Amedeo Carboni has admitted Douglas Maicon could move to Real Madrid. Carboni says Inter could sell Maicon if Real make a mega offer for the Brazil international.

"Maicon is an awesome player who is ahead of [Daniel] Alves for Brazil, but he is 30-years-old [he is 28].

"If the offer they need to make comes, I'd support the release [of the player]. If a Madrid-style offer comes, he'd be sold because his career is ending," Carboni told AS.
