Inter Milan chief Marco Branca played down Sulley Muntari's strop during their 0-0 draw with Genoa.

Former Portsmouth midfielder Muntari was substituted and angrily stormed off down the tunnel, batting away an attempt at a handshake from the staff.

"He is a good lad, he was obviously just disappointed at leaving the field," reasoned Branca afterwards.
