Inter Milan have expressed interest in Siena striker Mattia Destro.

Destro is currently owned by the Tuscan side and Genoa.

"Destro had a positive campaign and he knows that he was not abandoned by Inter, but rather had to be sacrificed so that Inter could achieve better results in the short-term. Now we'll see if it's possible for Destro to have a future at Inter," said Inter director of sport Piersilvio Ausilio on Sky Sport Italia.
