Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti insists there's no problem with coach Jose Mourinho rotations after their scratchy victory over Udinese.

He said at the final whistle: "Yes, it was a painful victory, but we knew that it was a tough match. We have done everything to win it.

"Mourinho realizes that he has so many players who he can use in different ways. He's doing well and we can go forward like this."
