Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti insists they deserve to keep their 2006 Scudetto.
The Nerazzurri will learn on Monday whether the 2006 Scudetto will be revoked due to new evidence in the scandal.
The report from prosecutor Stefano Palazzi states Inter and specifically former President Giacinto Facchetti tried to influence referees, but the FIGC probably won't be able to act because the statute of limitations has expired.
"I know Moratti and had the good fortune to know Facchetti. That's enough," said Zanetti when asked about these allegations.
"The matter is close to the end now and it's incredible that five years later we are still talking about it.
"How much is the 2006 title worth? As much as the others. I am proud to be an Inter player."
