Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti admits he came close to joining Barcelona and Real Madrid during his career.
Zanetti insists he has no regrets staying with Inter.
"I was close to Barcelona and Real Madrid in the past," said the 38 year-old.
"However, I'm happy that I decided to stay at Inter because I thought that, sooner or later, our moment would arrive and fortunately it did."
