Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti says they cannot let up in the second-half of the season.

Inter will kickoff after the winter break well clear at the top of the table.

Zanetti said: "We must continue on the road we set off down in the first half of the season. Our goals are still a long way off.

"In the championship we have a discreet advantage in the standings, but I am convinced that all the other contenders will try to make themselves better.

As for a challenger to watch he makes an unusual selection. "Roma is a strong adversary. With Luca Toni they will only improve."
