Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti has declared he wants to play on next season.

The Argentine veteran has spoken about a front office role at Inter once he hangs up his boots, though insists he's not thinking about retirement just yet.

"I want to continue to play again next year," he declared, while also discussing Inter's pursuit of Corinthians midfielder Paulinho.

"I do not think he can be convinced to move immediately, easier to talk to him about it in six months."
