Inter Milan coach Andrea Stramaccioni says he accepts their massive squad changes.
Inter have released Lucio and Diego Forlan, while telling Julio Cesar and Dejan Stankovic that they are not part of their plans.
"The directors are united and there is constant contact with the President," said Stramaccioni.
"Let's say that no player will arrive who I do not like. It is important that we get players who can improve our squad and fit with the way we want to play.
"Julio Cesar? Inter have the right to make the decisions which they feel are best. I have no problem with Julio Cesar and his value is not under discussion. He's amongst the best goalkeepers in the world."
