Inter Milan boss Stefano Pioli was pleased with their battling 1-0 win over Sassuolo.
An Antonio Candreva strike straight after half-time was enough for the Nerazzurri's third consecutive victory.
“We've got to push hard, so for us every game is a turning point," Pioli told Mediaset Premium.
“We hadn't won away for a long time, but today played with intelligence and sharpness. It's a shame we didn't finish it off earlier, because we had the chances to double our lead.
“We held out well throughout and Sassuolo tried to get back into it, but only had one real chance. This was a match played with great spirit and determination.
“After the goal we should've moved better, but at times the opposition forces you to go for long balls and slow the tempo. We had plenty of shots on target today and are satisfied with an important victory, but now need to concentrate on the game with Lazio."
