Inter Milan boss Jose Mourinho has slammed the Cameroon Football Federation after Samuel Eto'o was blocked from appearing against Chievo Verona.

Inter and the striker had asked for a postponement of a few days in training ahead of the African Cup of Nations.

There were no 'discounts' and Eto'o must join his teammates on Monday, therefore missing Wednesday's Serie A game with Chievo.

"I am disappointed, but not surprised," the Coach was quoted as saying in the Gazzetta dello Sport.

"In that case I hope Cameroon go out quickly and don't make it all the way to the Final. At least that way we'll have him back before January 31."
