Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho has told Steaua Bucharest defender Mirel Radoi he is bringing him to Italy.
Corriere dello Sport says Mourinho told the Romania international: "You are a gladiator, one who knows how to fight and play in many roles. But you have to stay healthy physically to join us."
Former Steaua coach Walter Zenga, now in charge of Catania, conceded: "Radoi is going to Inter, he will be a bargain. He's a complete player ready for Italy. I wanted to bring him to Catania."
Meanwhile, Mourinho is also keen on Gloria Bistrita's 22 year-old goalkeeper Ciprian Tatarusanu, whose contract is owned by Steaua.
