Amid the Champions League celebrations, Jose Mourinho has declared he is leaving Inter Milan. The Champions League trophy rounded out the Treble with the Scudetto and Coppa Italia, which Mou admits was most likely his final game for the club.

"I want to point out I have not spoken to anyone from Real Madrid, nor do we have a deal," he told Sky Sport Italia.

"They are the only club that can tempt me away and give me that new challenge. I reserved the right to take a few days and make my own decision on my future.

"I admit I shed a tear at the final whistle, as there is sadness that this is my final day at Inter.

"We have won everything, there is nothing more. We won all the Italian trophies and the Champions League, which to me is more important than the World Club Cup or European Super Cup."
