Inter Milan coach Walter Mazzarri says their January market plans will depend on the fitness of Diego Milito.

Milito is working his way back from injury.

"We have to consider many things. Milito's injury is to be assessed, for example, we want to recover a player who is potentially at the levels of (Gonzalo) Higuain.

"Players make the difference, there is little more you can do."
