Inter Milan boss Walter Mazzarri hinted at problems inside the locker room after defeat to Fiorentina.
Fiorentina thumped Inter 3-0, with Khouma Babacar and Juan Cuadrado both getting on the scoresheet.
Mazzarri lamented: "I'd like to tell you what is happening within the team right now, but I know whatever I say will be taken as an alibi. People claim I find excuses, so I've been through this many times before. Believe me, the less I say, the better it is.
"The important thing is the players know what I said and they are mortified at the situation. Palacio? If he was fit, I'd play him, but he's not in good shape after a long injury and he knows that. In modern football if you are not sharp and physically fit, you don't get to the ball first.
"The same goes for Medel, who arrived without doing pre-season training with us and needs to train regularly to get in shape."
