Inter Milan boss Benitez will not give up on Liverpool midfielder Lucas

Inter Milan boss Rafa Benitez isn't ready to drop his bid for Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva.
It's been revealed Inter failed with a loan offer for the Brazil international on deadline day last week.
And Milan sources last night declared Benitez would attempt again to prise Lucas from Anfield in January.
After missing out on new Barcelona signing Javier Mascherano, Benitez still wants a defensive midfield signing and is focusing on Lucas.
While in charge of Liverpool, Benitez continually backed Lucas, despite the young midfielder being targeted by the Anfield boo-boys last season.

at least hes wanted by someone 3 years in the first team at top level in europe and has he improved ,yes at getting worse every time he plays , he gives the ball away too often is slow in covering for the defence goes forward at the wrong times (trying to do a stevie) and cant tackle to save his own life never mind stop the opposition,he is another of rafas rejects and if rafa wants him at inter he can have him ,mind you we want what hes worth and at the rate hes going that wont be a lot by january, anyone got change for a tenner

"VCarra who already drove Arbeloa away"
whoever said that earlier, mate we love carra even more for gettin shot of arbeloa, maybe a good player in spain, but if he is that says a lot about the lack of quality throughout the leagues smaller teams. crap going forward and easy to have over in defence. arbeloa was useless and with glen johnson we improved, also with young martin kelly we allready have a better backup than arbeloa. so lucas has had one good game in the las few years and you watched it, watching one international certainly doesnt mean you know more about a club than the fans who watch them week in week out.
haha inter are gonna be screwed if rafa inserts kuyt and lucas into the team. they are both so retardedly limited its painful to watch.
