Inter Milan have been alerted to the availability of Real Madrid midfielder Mahmadou Diarra.
Marca says Real are ready to cash in on Diarra, whose role within the first team has diminished under the charge of coach Bernd Schuster this season.
Inter president Massimo Moratti tried to land Diarra when the Mali ace was with Olympique Lyon and is expected to try again for the midfielder as he seeks a replacement for the injury-plagued Patrick Vieira.
Real's board are agreed Diarra can be sold - and are ready to cash in as early as January should the right offer arrive.
