Santiago Arias is preparing to leave PSV Eindhoven at the end of this season.

The Colombia fullback has been scouted extensively by Manchester United since the January transfer window.

However, TMW says Arias' minders have offered him to Inter Milan.

Fiorentina are also in contact with PSV this week to register their interest in Arias ahead of the summer market.
