Inter Milan midfielder Wesley Sneijder has wished former teammate Mario Balotelli well with his move to Manchester City.
Balotelli completed his transfer to Eastlands for a reported £26m.
"I'm happy for him. He was looking for a good club where he could play consistently and City do have a great project," Sneijder told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
"I hope that Mario can now prove his true worth, as he deserves to play as a protagonist in a team full of excellent players. I wish him all the best."
