Inter matchwinner Adriano: Mourinho great for me

Adriano was delighted to hit the winner for Inter Milan in their 1-0 victory over Anorthosis Famagusta. "The Coach asks me to help out the team and I try to do my best, so naturally at the end I'm a little tired," said Adriano afterwards.

"I still have a way to go. I'm trying to train hard every week and I'm getting closer to where I want to be. I like playing in that role and going deeper to find the ball, plus it works very well with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and we often combine.

"Mourinho always tells me what I must do and he really motivates me, both on and off the field. He often calls me up at home and tells me to relax so I can be better on the field."

Adriano admits he feels better playing for Jose Mourinho than former Inter coach Roberto Mancini.

"I always had a good rapport with Mancini, although at the end we did have a bit of an argument, but everyone knows he is a great coach.

"I am much calmer now, no more parties, and I hope to continue this way."
