Inter Milan want to work the £5.8million they are owed by Manchester City into a potential deal to bring Carlos Tevez to the San Siro according to Goal.com.
Reports suggest that City recently turned down a £20.7m offer from Inter as they are looking for a fee of around £25m with the Italians reminding the English league leaders that they are still owed money from Balotelli's transfer in the summer of 2010.
City have paid most of the £23.5m for Balotelli but are still a little way short of the overall fee which Inter want included in their offer for Tevez.
